The City Government of Manila, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund - LDRRMF (70%) Capital Outlay ArcGIS License Software - Phase 3 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (Php20, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) lot Geographic Information System Software including Technical Services, Software Training and Field Survey Vehicle for Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office/ ITB No. 2025-04-78. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
