Description of the service: Mass genome sequencing service (Whole Genome Sequencing) of samples from DNA extracts isolated from three sea turtle species: the loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta), the leatherback turtle (Dermochelys coriacea) and the green turtle (Chelonia mydas).nciation for Whole Genome Sequencing includes:1. DNA quality control consisting of measuring the length of the libraries using Bioanalyzer.2. DNA fragmentation by sonication or similar and preparation of libraries for sequencing. 3. Sequencing Paired End 2x150 with a minimum outputno more than 30Gb of net reads per sample.4. Maximum delivery time of results of 30 working days for each group of samples sent. 5. Quality control of multiplexed sequencing data and delivery via cloud or similar.
