III. PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES
The 2024 PTHCD Implementation Evaluation: On-Site Facilitation of Impact Assessment Survey aims to support the Department of Tourism-s continuing efforts to gather comprehensive and inclusive data for the Tourism Industry Skills Program (TISP) Impact Assessment. The Office of Human Capital Development (OHCD) will conduct the on-site survey to reach out to participants of the Eco Tour Guides Training, Filipino Brand of Service Excellence, TOPCOP, and Course on Housekeeping. This targeted approach addresses challenges faced by individuals who were unable to complete the online survey due to connectivity or technical limitations.
