This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024 Cathodic Protection Survey, Design & Construction, as further described in the RFP. The City seeks proposals from qualified cathodic protection services firms to survey and perform engineering design for full cathodic protection for three pipelines within the City's water supply system. This project may also include the construction work to construct new cathodic protection systems for the three pipelines. This project will be separated into two phases. Phase 1 will include the survey/investigation and engineering. Phase 2 will include construction and eporting. Proceeding to the Phase 2 construction of the project will be at the discretion of the City of Regina.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams regarding this competition on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10:00 am., CST (SK) for any interested proponents.
