Short Description :The State of North Dakota, acting through the North Dakota Public Service Commission, Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals to fill hazardous sinkholes resulting from the collapse of abandoned underground coal mines in western North Dakota and complete maintenance tasks at existing AML reclamation sites. The project performance period is from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.
