Brief description: Statsbygg is requesting an offer for consulting assistance as a project economist on Project 1004501 - UiO, Life Sciences building The Ministry of Education has commissioned Statsbygg to build Norway's largest university building for the University of Oslo (UiO). The project was later changed and now also includes part of the Clinic for Laboratory Medicine (KLM) at Oslo University Hospital (OUS). The building is a research and teaching facility for life sciences as well as a building for clinical laboratory activities. The project's location is in Gaustadbekkdalen Nord in Oslo. The plot is 35, 505 square meters. The building's BTA is almost 100, 000 sq m. The project is planned for completion in 2026. The cost framework for the construction project is NOK 12.5 billion (1.7.2022 NOK value).
