The Department of Public Works and Highways - Upper Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the FY 2023 GAA intends to apply the sum of PhP12, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2023-12-176 - 360-Degree Planning / Reconnaissance Equipment for Road Condition (RoCond) Assessment and Inspections / 23GPK0107. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Upper Kalinga District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Equipment is required by 20 Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed.
