This consultation constitutes a design-build contract by which the holder will be entrusted with a mission relating to both the establishment of the studies and the execution of the works. The object of the project concerns the complete redevelopment of a VIP lounge of approximately 540m2, including areception area, different seating areas, a buffet area, a sanitary area, a back office. This interior layout will include all the technical equipment provided for in an ERP (SSI, CFO, CFA, smoke extraction, HVAC, etc.)
