Project Description : The City of St. Albert invites the submission of a statement of qualifications from interested General Contractors for 2019 Water, Sanitary and Drainage Utility Construction Projects. The purpose of the qualification submission is to shortlist General Contractors with appropriate experience in safely managing and executing various buried infrastructure projects in built up urban environments. It includes coordination with residents, working around existing utilities, possible relocation of utilities, and working in environmentally sensitive locations.
