Electronic Bid Submissions Only Shall be Received by the Agency Through the Bidding System Via Peelregion.Bidsandtenders.Ca No Later Than: 12:00 Noon Local Time Monday, October 15, 2018 Each Tender Must be Accompanied by a Digital Bid Bond in the Amount of $100, 000, and the Successful Bidder Must Provide a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond by an Approved Guarantee Company Each for 50 Per Cent of the Total Tender.
