Procurement and Delivery of EIGHT (8) UNITS MECHANICAL SHELLER WITH HUSKER



Specifications/requirements:

1. Prime mover:

a. Power: 8.95 kW (12hp), minimum

b. Continuous power must be at least 80% of rated power (minimum)

c. Water-cooled diesel engine

d. Weight: 100-120 kgs

e. Specific fuel consumption at maximum continuous power: 310 g/kW-h (maximum)

f. Noise Level [db(A)], maximum: 95

2. Mechanical Sheller with Husker:

a. Output capacity: 2 tons/hour (minimum)

b. Shelling Recovery, percent, minimum: 97%

c. Shelling Efficiency, percent, minimum: 99.5

d. Losses, percent (maximum)

-Blower: 1.0

-Separation: 1.0

-Unshelled: 1.0

-Scattering: 0.5

e. Purity, percent, minimum: 98

f. Mechanically Damaged Kernel, maximum: 3 %

g. Net Cracked Kernel, maximum: 5 %

3. With brand new pneumatic tires

4. Shall be provided with the following basic standard tools needed in the operation and maintenance:

a. Complete set of Genuine Combination Wrench (Compatible with the unit) b. One (1) piece each of Genuine Philips and Flat Screw Driver (8" length)

c. One (1) Piece Genuine Adjustable Wrench (15" length)

5. With AMTEC test result

6. All specifications not mentioned above should conform to PAES.

a. PAES 208:2000, Power-Operated Corn Sheller

Note:

1. Offered unit shall have an original equipment manual (OEM) by the manufacturer,

2. Offered engine brand shall have at least 10 years existence in the Philippine Market.

3. Shall be properly identified and labeled as DA-RFO xI CORN PROGRAM CY 2016 with 6" diameter DA logo outdoor sticker.

4. Offered unit shall be marked legibly with supplier`s name, address and contact numbers with dimension not more than 3" x 6".

5. Workmanship shall conform to PAES.

Delivery and Testing:

1. Shall include training of the authorized operator/s of the recipient with respect to operation, maintenance and management.

2. Engine must have no breakdowns within 4 hours continuous operation at mid throttle during testing.

3. Shall be provided with fuel and oil during actual field testing.

4. Shall provide test material equivalent to an output of at least 1 ton.

5. Shall provide parts list including list of fast wearing parts.

6. Parts shall be available for and within the useful life of the machine.

Warranty and After-Sales Service:

1. One (1) year warranty against manufacturer`s defect including spare parts of main components and one (1) year warranty on service; shall be provided with WARRANTY CARD per unit upon delivery.

2. Shall have an accredited service center within the region that can render services within 72 hours.
