1. The subject of the contract is the provision of patients' sanitary transport, transporting dialysis, transport transplantal team and organs for transplantation, blood transport and laboratory diagnostics materials for the University Clinical Center.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annexes No. 1 and No. 4 to SWZ.
3. In the case of use in the documentation regarding the subject of the terms indicating the type, norm, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read with the words "or equivalent". The own names are examples, define the product class and serve the standard - they do not indicate a specific product or specific manufacturer. The contractor, offering an balance to the subject described in the specification, is obliged to maintain equivalence in the scope of technical, functional, dimensional and quality parameters, which must be at a level not lower than the parameters indicated by the contracting authority.
