INVITATION TO BID FOR

TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT



1) The City Government of Zamboanga, through the Annual Budget FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (P1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Technical and Scientific Equipment under PR No. 100-26-01-0349. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for 2 units Drone. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty Calendar Days (60 CDs). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project and whose value must be equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
