[2. call for tenders] Total contract for the replacement of three lifts in the county hall
Background Troms county council is to replace three existing lifts in the county hall at Strandvegen 13. The facility consists of two passenger lifts and one goods/service lift. The lifts were originally installed in the former hospital and last rehabilitated in the mid-1990s when the building was converted into a county hall. The facility is now significantly worn, has low operational reliability and meets today's needs for functionality, availability and technical follow-up to a limited extent. The county hall has a total of around 550 employees. Of these, there are an estimated 300 people who have their daily connection to the lifts in question. The lifts are thus important for the building's ordinary flow of people and daily operations. The purpose of the procurement is to establish new lifts with high operational reliability, good user-friendliness, robust solutions for daily operation, universal design and modern management and follow-up options.
