2-BYM-2025 Framework agreement for electrical construction work The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement for the purchase of construction work in connection with electrical work which may cover the entire City Environment Agency's management area. The electrotechnical installation will carried out on separate framework agreements/contracts. The framework agreement gives the client the right to purchase goods or services covered by this framework agreement. The client is not obliged to purchase any specific quantity of goods or services in framework agreement period, and the framework agreement is not exclusive. The framework agreement will include construction work for electrotechnical installations within roads and streets, urban spaces, park areas, hiking trails, at sports facilities, recreational areas and other public and private areas). Typical electrotechnical installations are; traffic lights, power outlets for events, charging stations, lighting, parking meters and other electrical installations. This involves digging, mass replacement, and backfilling in street soil, ditches, parks and others public and private areas. This will typically be the establishment of draft pipes, cable ducts and foundations for electrotechnical installations, for example the placement of prefabricated foundations or formwork and castings for cast-in-place. Furthermore, it must also enter into the re-establishment of roads, pavements and green areas in accordance with current standards from Oslo municipality.
