THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial rent prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation: quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number M0023626QR004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 and DFARS Publication 20250110.
The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot-Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for Rental of Six (6) parking spaces to be used by Recruiting Substation (RSS) RSS Ridgewood. This is a 100% small business set-aside with the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code of 812930 with a size standard of $47M.
The base and option quantities each include six (6) parking spaces covering a base 12-month period and two 12-month option periods.
Base Year: 07/1/2026 - 6/30/2027
Option Year 1: 07/1/2027 - 6/30/2028
Option Year 2: 07/1/2028 - 6/30/2029
The parking facilities must be always available and accessible:
365 days/year-24 hours/day
Must be monitored by security cameras.
Maybe indoor or outdoor but must always have adequate lighting.
