Based on our evaluation of your submitted eligibility documents for the above-named Contract, we are pleased to inform you that you are the short listed consultant for the said Contract.
We now issue this request for Proposals (RFP) for you to Conduct drilling of 30 bore holes at 10 meters for soft soil and 5 meters into hard strata (N-Value30), for Items 1 to 10. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms and Reference (TOR) included in the Bidding Documents of the Contract.
You may purchase the bidding Documents for this Contract for a fee of Five Thousand Pesos (P5, 000.00) at DPWH Biliran District Engineering Office, Naval, Province of Biliran.
