Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform quarterly and annual floor maintenance and annual carpet cleaning services at the Concord DMV Field Office for the term of the Agreement. Truck mounted equipment is required in the performance of carpet cleaning services. The anticipated term of the Agreement is February 01, 2020 though January 31, 2022 with a DMV option to extend and additional twelve (12) months. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference has been scheduled at the Concord DMV Field Office at 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2019.
