Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the Government s intention to award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions.

(ii) This solicitation, W50S7T20Q0014 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06, effective 05 June 2020.

(iv) This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees.

(v) Commercial Item Descriptions: CLIN0001 Breathing Air Purifier that includes a dew point monitor, Qty: 1 EA; CLIN0002 Carbon Monoxide Monitor, Qty: 1 EA, CLIN0003 Installation of Breathing Air Purifier. See "Attachment 1 Breathing Air Description of Requirements."

(vi) This purchase will provide/supply filtered breathing air to a minimum of three full-face respirators simultaneously. The air supplied respirators are required during confined space permit required entry into C-130 wing fuel tanks, external tanks, auxiliary bladder cells, and dry bays with evidence of Jet A and other IDLH (immediate danger to life and health) hazards. The contractor shall provide all materials necessary to meet the required specifications for a breathing air unit. Product must be able to operate on currently installed electrical infrastructure in building 632; 120 volts.
