The subject of the order is the supply of infusion fluids for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The term "partial offer" means individual parts specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one or several parts. 3. Ordering party in the scope of parts 1 allows the submission of partial offers. The concept of a partial offer means individual items specified in Part 1 in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more items. 4. Deliveries will be made successively, in quantities i assortment, in accordance with the Ordering Party's partial orders within: Package 1: up to 2 days from the date of order. Package 2: up to 15 days from the date of order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered products to the Pharmacy at his own expense Szpitalna. 5. If the Ordering Party used in the description of the subject of the order the markings of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 paragraphs....
