Products or services: Surgical services The main objective of this public proposal is to contract the service of surgical interventions for tumors in the specialty of neurosurgery, in particular pituitary tumors and brain tumors, with the in order to provide a timely response to GES patients who require this surgical resolution to improve their health condition and quality of life; preventing the progression of serious and potentially disabling pathologies. With the current institutional endowment available, the high demand for care, and the overload in the use of institutional surgical pavilions, it is not possible to provide a comprehensive and timely response to this specific surgical need. In turn, the lack of surgical spaces available during institutional hours has led to an accumulation of patients, with risk of clinical deterioration, increased pain and loss of functionality. In this context, if this benefit is not available, there would be a critical increase in GES patients awaiting treatment, breach of GES guarantees, increased risk of irreversible neurological damage or life-threatening risk to patients; as well as an increase in referrals to private centers with a greater budgetary impact, and deterioration in the establishment's health and user satisfaction indicators.
