Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the WAREHOUSE RENTAL below, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this RFQ, and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than December 23, 2016 at Bids and Awards Committee of BFAR 8, 3rd Floor SDC Bldg. Specifications/Descriptions:



Warehouse rental for the whole year of 2017 1 unit



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. That the winning bidder should provide a 200 square meters per door near BFAR-8

CRM Center, Diit, Tacloban City for whole year (from January to December, 2017)



2. Payment should be made every last day of the month, paper processed, accepted and inspected by

the BFAR 8 athorized representative



Upon receipt of at least three (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the BAC shall open the quotations.



Sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be submitted or send thru LBC to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of BFAR 8, 3rd Floor SDC Bldg. I, Marasbaras, Tacloban City; or emailed @ bfar8_bac_2015@yahoo.com.

Supplier shall submit the following requirements:

a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in Philippine Peso.

b. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate

c. Valid Mayor-s/Business Permit

Quotations shall be compared and evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:

a. Completeness of submission

b. Compliance with Specifications/Design/TERMS AND CONDITIONS

c. Bid Price and Services

Services shall be subject to inspection, and acceptance by the end-user.

The bidder who submitted the lowest calculated responsive quotation shall be awarded the Job Order after evaluation by the BAC.
