Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THE 16th CYCLE
SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM
1. The Local Government Unit of Tanudan, through the 2026-Trust Fund intends to apply
the sum of Php 726, 000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of the 16th CYCLE
SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM
2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3.The Local Government Unit of Tanudan now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery
of the 16th CYCLE SUPPLEMENTARY FEEDING PROGRAM. Delivery of the Goods is
required Thirty(30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed at least 2 years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description
of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.

4.Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
