INVITATION TO BID FOR 16TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM
1. The Municipality of Jaen, through the 2026 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (3, 600, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract 16TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Jaen now invites bids for 16TH CYCLE SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING PROGRAM. Completion of the Works required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184).
