1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, through the GAA FY 2017intends to apply the sum of PHP THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php3, 960, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project:

Bid Document Fee:Php5, 000.00



Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Surigao del Sur 1st District

Engineering Office, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the

aforementioned project with the following scope of works:



a.) Construction of Multi-Purpose Bldg. (Covered Court). Brgy. Bongtud, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, which includes Construction of Columns, Tie Beams & Roof Beam, Roof Framing, Roofing, Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Masonry Works, Cement Plastering, Doors & Windows, Carpentry & Joinery Works, Tile Works, Wooden Painting, Masonry Painting & Other General Requirements.Completion of Works is required within 60Calendar Days.



Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of

bids, a contract similar to the project, and whose value, adjusted prices using the NSO consumer

price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC of this project. The description of an

eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II. Instruction to

Bidders.



Contractors should update their records in the DPWH Civil Works Registry (CWR) and shall submit

their updated Class -A"A-A
