Brief Description/Scope of Work : Concreting of Roads for length=265.00 meters,

width=5.00meters & thick=0.20 meter w/ gravel shoulder for width=1.00 meter

bothsides & thick=0.15 meter from sta. 0+000.00 - sta. 0+265.00 Install, 1-

line, 910mm dia. x 7.00m RCPC @ sta. 0+080.00 in straight type headwall.

Install, 1-line, 910mm dia. x 7.00m PCPC @ sta. 0+220.00 in straight type

headwall. Construct CHB Lined Canal for length=250.00 meters.

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) : Php 4, 899, 228.42

Contract Duration : 90 Calendar Days

Cost of Bidding Document: Php 5, 000.00





1. The DPWH Northern Samar 1st District Engineering Office, Catarman, N. Samar, through HFEB 2015, Maintenance CY 2015, CY 2016 Basic Facilities Fund Revision of Tech VOC Laboratory (Batch 12) intends to apply the sum above stated being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be declared non-complying in the financial bid opening.



2. The DPWH Northern Samar 1st District Engineering Office, Catarman, N. Samar, now invites bids for the abovementioned description of works. Completion of the Works is required for the above stated contract duration. Bidders should have completed at least one (1), contract that is similar to this project/s, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in the Eligibility Check and Preliminary Examination of Bids as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (lRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".



Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, organizations or joint venture with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.



4. Contractor/applicants who are interested in the DPWH civil works are required to register prior to the set scheduled of submission of bid while those already registered shall keep their records current and updated. Updating of Contractors- records in the DPWH Civil Works Registry (CWR)shall be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days for Class -A"A-A
