1. The DPWH District Engineering Office through GAA FY 2016 Department of
Agriculture (DA) Infrastructure Program, and SARO # SR2016-03-004474 dated 3/19/2016,
intends to apply the sum of FOURMILLION NINE HUNDREDFIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS ONLY (Php4, 950, 000.00), being the Approved Budget fortheContract
(ABC), topayment for the above-stated Projects.Bids received in excessof the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bidopening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Cebu 3rd DEO now invites bids for the project stated above located at Barili, Cebu. The works involve Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road, etc.The total length is567l.m. The aboveproject shall be executed/implementedon its effectivity date and shall be completed on the given calendar days.Completion of works is 35 Calendar Days.
Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
