169-BYM-2023 Bunker doors, gates and hatches for shelters The purpose of the procurement is to rehabilitate or replace old shelter doors, hatches and gates. Many of these have been exposed to several decades of decay, which has weakened their functionality. The measure is part of the work to restore and upgrade the shelters Akershus, Maridalsveien and St Hanshaugen (option), so that they meet today's security and preparedness requirements. The procurement is carried out as a turnkey contract NS 8407, there the contractor is responsible for planning and execution in accordance with specified functional requirements. The client points out that DSB has currently only approved 3 suppliers of doors, gates and hatches. These are Norfo AS, TP Miljøteknikk AS as well as Atlas Industri AS. It is necessary that the offered products are ordered from these suppliers in order for the offer to be assessed. Offered products must be approved in accordance with DSB's list of elements for shelters. Approval from DSB is a minimum requirement in the competition and must be fulfilled at the time of the offer. Offers that do not meet the requirement will be rejected from the competition.
