Public Health Ontario (PHO) requires one (1) Vendor to provide a five (5) year licensing agreement for a Quality Control (QC) data management software to be used at 11 (PHO) laboratory sites: Toronto, Hamilton, Kingston, Orillia, London, Ottawa, Peterborough, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Timmins and Thunder Bay as required by each site. The QC software will be used for data access, analysis, review, management, tracking, statistical evaluation and verification of QC performed at all PHO laboratory sites as required and used to monitor both quantitative and qualitative QC data.
