1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annexes 4a, 4B, 4C, 4D and 4E to SWZ, called Further with "equipment", along with the installation and training of the Employer's employees.
2. The subject of this order covers the following parts:
Hi 1 - spirometr (1 pc.)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4A to SWZ,
Part 2 - dialysis armchair (8 pcs.)
on technical parameters specified in Annex 4B to SWZ,
Part 3 - Camera for cryotherapy (1 item)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4C to SWZ,
Hi 4 - Translated ultrasound head (1 item)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4D to SWZ,
Part 5 - Expansion of the operational microscope (1 set)
on the technical parameters specified in Annex 4E to SWZ,
