The City of Reykjavík invites tenders for a framework agreement with a single supplier covering programming, development, consultancy and maintenance services for the City's website, reykjavik.is. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure the continued development, maintenance, stability and further enhancement of one of the City's main digital service portals. The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to: • Development and maintenance in Drupal and React. • Backend and frontend software development. • Drupal architecture and solution design consultancy. • Development of integrations using GraphQL, REST web services and APIs. • Configuration and development of TMGMT, Domain Access Module and related Drupal functionality. • Azure hosting environment, DevOps and GitHub Actions. • Release management and optimisation of deployment processes. • Technical consultancy, code reviews, testing, technical documentation and ongoing improvements. Services under the framework agreement will be commissioned through individual work requests during the contract period. The framework agreement does not guarantee any minimum purchase volume and is not exclusive. The estimated total value and maximum value of the framework agreement is ISK 133, 000, 000 excluding VAT.
