The Prototype Combo building is generally described as approx. 4, 998 sq. ft. single story building with an administrative office area of approx. 2, 416 sq. ft. and a two vehicle storage and maintenance bay area of approx. 2, 582 sq. ft. The Fuel Facility is generally described as a raised concrete island with gasoline and diesel fuel dispensers, automated fuel management system, and a 24? x 32? pre-engineered metal canopy. The Fuel Facility shall be provided with a 2, 000 gallon underground gasoline storage tank and a 10, 000 gallon underground diesel storage tank. The project also includes building demolition along with all sitework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work necessary for a complete and operational facility.
