Delivery of laboratory reagents for tests using next-generation techniques along with the lease of an NGS sequencer for UCK. 1. The subject of the order is the supply of sets of laboratory reagents for tests using subsequent techniques generation along with the lease of an NGS sequencer for UCK, with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. The leased sequencer, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to fulfill even one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper functioning. 5. When used in documentation regarding in the proceedings in question, terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract should be read together with the words "or equivalent". Proper names are exemplary, define the class of the product and serve to establish a standard - no indicate a specific product or manufacturer.
