Delivery of marine fuel with NATO code F-75 The subject of the order is the supply of marine fuel with the NATO code F-75 performed in 2026, 2027 and 2028, in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party and the quality clause included in "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and included in the "Drafted contract provisions" constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, however, these deliveries in 2027 and 2028 will be made provided that the Ordering Party has received confirmation from the Expert Institution that in the financial years 2027 and 2028, respectively, it will receive funds for the implementation of part or the entire delivery in 2027 and 2028. The ordering party after receiving confirmation disposal of financial resources will notify the Contractor in writing or by fax or e-mail about the need to complete part or all of the delivery in 2027 and 2028, respectively, by December 22, 2026 (applies to deliveries in 2027) and December 22, 2027 (applies to deliveries in 2028). 1.
