and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than March 02, 2022 at CGSO for Goods.
Upon receipt of at least (3) quotations on or before the submission deadline, the CGSO shall open the quotations.
Sealed quotation and other requirements stated below shall be submitted to the CGSO.
Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
a. Duly signed Request for Quotation. Prices shall be quoted in CGSO
b. Philgeps registration Certificate.
c. valid mayor's Permit
d. BIR (Certificate of Registration)
Quotation shall be compared and evaluated on the basis of the following criteria.
a. Completeness of Submission
b. Compliance with Technical Specifications.
All delivered by suppliers shall be subject to inspection, and acceptance by the end-user.
Eligibility documents should be submitted three(3) working days before the opening of date.
