Tender Details

Delivery and installation of two types of automatic pharmacy robots storing medicines for UCK 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of two types of automatic pharmacy robots storing medicines and the adaptation of the Hospital Pharmacy rooms to pos. 0 and -1 of the University Clinical Center, including: a) developing multi-discipline design documentation and performing general construction and installation works on its basis in order to adapt the premises of the Hospital Pharmacy to pos. 0 and -1 as needed installation of pharmacy robots - in accordance with the Technical Documentation constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, b) delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, integration and implementation of two types of pharmacy robots storing medicines (hereinafter referred to as: Pharmacy robot), along with equipment - in accordance with the Technical Parameters Form constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and training of the Ordering Party's employees. 2. The offered subject of the order referred to in section 1 letter b) must meet the requirements specified in Technical parameters form constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in the Technical Parameters Form will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, as inconsistent with terms of the order. 3. The technical parameters form constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ is a component of the OFFER and does not need to be supplemented.
