Abstract: The University has a requirement for a contractor to provide a planned maintenance / inspection service to an extensive range of Mechanical, Gas, Air and Refrigerated equipment.Categories of equipment the successful contractor will have to maintain includes but are not limited to:• Air Compressors• Air Conditioning and Chillers• Gas Fired Boilers - Commercial and Domestic• Gas Cookers/Hobs - Domestic• Gas Boosters• Gas Detection Sensors• Humidifiers/Dehumidifiers• Local Exhaust Ventilation systems (incl. fume cupboards)• Steam Boiler• Controlled environment rooms • Cold Water Booster Pumps• LTHW/CHW Pressurisation sets and expansion vessels
