GeoMedia Professional, ERDAS IMAGINE Advantage, Geospatial Portal SDK The subject of the Agreement includes: 1) technical support for GeoMedia Professional software - 7 CC network licenses (floating) until December 31, 2029; 2) technical support for ERDAS IMAGINE Advantage software - 1 CC network license (floating) up to 31 December 2029; 3) provision of the Geospatial Portal SDK subscription service until December 31, 2029. ArcGIS The subject of the Agreement includes: 1) migration of the ArcGIS Desktop software license to a new licensing method - as a result of the migration, the Ordering Party had will be: a)1 ArcGIS Professional Plus perpetual license; b)4 ArcGIS Professional perpetual licenses; c) Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Pro extension for 1 user; d) ArcGIS Enterprise Standard license 2) technical support (license service) the software referred to in point 1, until December 31, 2029.
