In the framework of the VZ, a general set of socially responsible tasks, environmental tasks and innovations can be applied, which can be applied from the point of view of the content and meaning of the public order, the knowledge and ability of the processor. The contracting authority reserves the following rights: 1. Do not return submitted bids. 2. Not to enter into a contractual relationship with the first (or second) tenderer if this tenderer does not provide the necessary cooperation to conclude the contractual relationship within the specified period; after this period, the applicant may be invited to conclude the contractual relationship in the second (the same) order; lie for the conclusion of the contractual relationship, 3 working days from the submission of the due date contract, or orders via e-mail to the relevant applicant for signature and 15 days from the day following the public announcement of the selection of the most suitable offer. 3.
