The subject of the order is the supply of oncological implants used in orthopedics for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The term "partial offer" means individual parts specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. 3. Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment, which is a medical device, meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the documents issued on the basis of this Act, implementing acts.
