Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the awarding of the services of artistic conceptualization, graphic design, layout and adaptation of originals for the preparation of graphic products and other communication elements in order to create and spread the image of Christmas 2026 in the city of Sabadell, as well as the different activities and events that are included. This design will be applied to the online and offline supports determined by Sabadell City Council. To respond to the purpose of the contract and the necessary phases, the award criteria are detailed in this technical report. Keep in mind that the graphic project chosen as part of this procedure will not be the final project, and will be subject to the changes that the City Council consider
