The work will be carried out in a populated area. Summary of the main measures:- Spot repairs to the concrete walls of building balconies and concrete structures of balcony slabs- Interior and exterior balcony railings repairs - Painting of surfaces (in accordance with the scope of work defined in the report) - Inspection of the fixings of balcony railings and spot repairs are included in the contract - Spot repairs on the inside of the balconies and painting the inside - Covering the balcony repair casting (balconies, 20 pieces)- Re-coating of balcony floor surfaces (all balconies, 90 pieces) Work on the site should start as soon as possible after signing the contract The work itself should be completed during 2026. Contractor prepares a work schedule and external works must be ready by 10/2026. The contract must be completed, deficiencies corrected and handed over no later than 30 November 2026.
