SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM (12kw On-Grid)
The Barangay Tungkil of Minglanilla, Cebu will be accepting bids for the PROJECT: 12kw On-Grid Solar Powered System at Tungkil, Minglanilla, Cebu. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
To comply the project shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days upon the winning bidder-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, two (2) months from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non discretionary “pass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
