THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This requirement is a Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmith). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Feedback responses from contractors that are interested and capable of completing this requirement can be submitted electronically to Mr. Jeffrey Dreyer at jeffrey.dreyer@us.af.mil and not later than 10 March 2026 at 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
As part of its market research, the 355TH Contracting Squadron is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing solutions to meet the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.
The 12TH Air Force is requesting a commodity purchase, installation, programming, and testing of their Honeywell-Vindicator Integrated Access Control components allowing electronic card access as a subsystem to the Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SoW).
All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government reserves the right to ask follow-up clarifying questions to individual companies based on proprietary information submitted without posting those questions.
