1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biaej at Al. Armii Krajowej 101, operational materials, according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as the specification, on conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to stz.2. The goods offered must be new and unused.3. Delivery of the subject of the order, including transport and unloading, will take place at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
