The project consists of a basement, a three storey building and a two-storey penthouse. The building footprint is approximately 374, 500 sq ft (35, 000 m2) GFA.Terra Project is a laboratory development comprising multiple interconnected buildings over a common basement level constructed using a combination of steel, concrete, and mass timber systems. The project includes research, laboratory, workroom, and specialized operational spaces with significant mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
