The subject of the proceedings is carried out as part of the project "Development of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods in order to increase availability and quality of heart disease services", implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure highly specialized care centers and other medical entities. 2. The subject of the order is the supply of medical equipment with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a, 4b and 4c to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's employees. 3. The subject of this order includes the following parts: Part 1 - Video track with image transmission type 1 (1 piece) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ; Part 2 - System for physiotherapy (1 piece) with technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to the SWZ; Part 3 - Cycloergometer (2 pieces) with technical parameters specified in Annex No. 4c to the SWZ; 4. The equipment listed above must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4a, 4b and 4c to the SWZ, respectively.
