Amendment 00002 - To be considered for award Contractors shall sign and return Amendment 00002 with their quotation documents. This RFQ closes on 8/11/2026 at 1:00pm CDT. Amendment 00002 incorporates FAR Clause 52.225-5 Trade Agreements (Nov 2023) and FAR Provision 52.225-6 Trade Agreements Certificate (Feb 2021). FAR Provision 52.225-6 (Feb 2021) shall be completed to be considered for award. The small business set-aside has been dissolved and this RFQ is being issued on a Full and Open basis. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0259 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for acquisition of a baler wrapper with round bale grabber on a Brand Name or Equal basis. Offeror's are not limited to one RFQ response, however for each "or equal" a separate RFQ shall be submitted for comparative analysis.
