The subject of the order is the supply of tests for molecular diagnostics of selected point mutations and molecular diagnostics of post-transplant infections and congenital infections in newborns using MGB probes along with the lease of analyzers for UCK, with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. Leased analyzers, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must spełniać parametry graniczne określone w załączniku nr 5 do SWZ.
