Turku Energia (later the subscriber) has made an investment decision to build an electric boiler plant in Turku. For this project, we request your bid for the 110kV transformer in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The project will be carried out with an open procurement procedure in accordance with the Specialty Procurement Act 1398/2016. Sweco Industry Oy (later Sweco), a Swedish Sweco Group, is an internationally operating technical expert company offering high-quality and professional consulting services at home and abroad. Sweco acts as an EPCM consultant in the implementation of the project. The purchases are made by Sweco, but the orders are finally signed by the subscriber. The purchase includes 1 pcs 110kv/20kv 63MVA transformer as a fully functional entity in accordance with the attachments below. Delivery wide and necessary documentation are described in more detail in technical breakdown. Subsequently, the name "Delivery" is used.
